Check your date here or call us at (835) 245-0037. All weddings require a signed contract and a $1,500 retainer to lock in your date. A cancellation is confirmed in writing via email or text. Spring and fall dates book fast, we recommend reaching out as early as possible.

Yes. After your initial $1,500 retainer, you can choose to pay the remaining balance in full, in halves, in quarters, or monthly. Everything is handled online automatically through HoneyBook, your only job is to enjoy your wedding day.

All payments made to TM Weddings are non-refundable and non-transferable. Any and all payments, regardless of amount or timing, are consolidated into a TM Weddings Service & Product Credit that can be used toward any of our offerings, including weddings, family sessions, portraits, prints, albums, and add-ons. Credits are valid for 18 months from your Cancellation Date and expire automatically. If you postpone, your credit carries over to your new date as long as it's confirmed within 18 months. If we're unavailable on your preferred new date, you're welcome to select any other open date within that window.

Yes, TM Weddings is fully insured. We can provide a certificate of coverage to your venue or event planner upon request.

We offer three base collections: Photo ($3,797), Film ($4,697), and Photo + Film Bundle ($7,197). Each includes 8 hours of coverage and a fully edited gallery or film. Most couples start with the bundle and add on what matters most to them. See everything that's included here.

Plenty. Film upgrades include a Feature Highlight (8-10 min, $997), Extended Highlight (4-5 min, $697), Wedding Trailer (60 sec, $497), and Save the Date Film ($497). Album upgrades include a Signature Book ($527) and full Signature Album ($897). Other add-ons include a second photographer ($527), engagement session ($275 when booked with photo), content creator ($750), rehearsal dinner coverage ($300/hr), and livestream ($2,497).

Yes. Every photo is color corrected and professionally edited. Additional retouching is available at an extra charge. All video is fully edited with music, color grading, and cinematic cuts. Revisions beyond the included edit require the Second Edit Add-On.

We're based in the Lehigh Valley, PA and regularly cover weddings across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York, including Allentown, Bethlehem, Easton, and the broader tri-state area. Destination weddings and travel are available. Travel fees may apply for events outside our local service area and will be calculated at booking.

TM Weddings is a team of professional photographers, videographers, and editors. Team assignments are based on availability and the specific needs of your wedding. We don't guarantee the presence of a specific team member, but every associate is carefully selected, trained, and held to the same standards that define TM Weddings. You can meet the whole team here. Requests for a specific associate must be made in writing.

The Photo Base Package includes 1 photographer. The Film Base Package includes 2 videographers. The Photo + Film Bundle includes both. We'll confirm your exact team during the planning process.

Your full edited photo gallery is delivered within 2 weeks of your wedding (excluding Sundays). Your wedding film is delivered within 4 to 6 weeks. The Documentary Edit is delivered separately after the base film is complete. Physical albums are produced within 4 to 6 weeks after you submit your image selections. We're one of the fastest turnaround teams in the Lehigh Valley.

Yes. You receive a private online gallery with all of your professionally edited images in high-resolution JPG format. You can download, share, and order prints directly from the gallery. TM Weddings does not provide RAW or unedited images unless specifically requested, which incurs an additional fee. Browse our photo gallery here.

You have a 60-day review period after delivery to flag any issues. After that, TM Weddings has no obligation to retain your files. If you need file recovery after the review period, we may attempt it at our discretion, but it is not guaranteed and requires a $500 non-refundable recovery fee. Please download and back up your gallery as soon as you receive it.

If an album is included in your package, you have 60 days from gallery delivery to submit your image selections. If selections aren't received within that window, a $250 album re-activation fee applies before production can begin. Albums not completed within 60 days of gallery delivery are forfeited with no refund, as vendor pricing and materials can't be held indefinitely.
